RUTH CIRCLE

See you in September
Bible Study is based on the materials carried in the Lutheran Woman Magazine

Calling all shoppers! We need at least 500 more labels in order to get another $60 for the Youth Group. Please put them in the basket on the table in the lobby outside office.

Thanks to all those who brought the UPC’s from Best Choice and Always Save products. We just received a $60.00 check from Association Grocers for the Quilt Group for their batting purchases. I have a redemption certificate for the Youth Group when I have assembled the next 1,000 labels so keep them coming! They are appreciated. The basket is still on the slender table to the left of the center door to the sanctuary. The pull tabs from cans and Campbell Soup labels may also be deposited there. The tabs go to Ronald McDonald House and the labels are given to the local school district for their benefit. Thank you!
Laura Johnson, Collector for the Projects

The Ruth Circle meets 12:30pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month except, June, July, and August.

We use the Bible Study in the Lutheran Woman's Magazine and is led by different members of the group. We have coffee and dessert in the classroom at the end of the upper hall.

Our projects are varied and include supporting the CD Ministry, the Quilt Group, the Youth, the Ecumenical Luncheon for the Leawood Ministerial Alliance, various congregational get togethers and the Heritage Festival, and other church projects. Campbell Soup labels are collected for area schools and pop top tabs are saved for Ronald McDonald House.

All women of the congregation are invited to join us at any of our get togethers.
