Congregational Stewardship Ministries
Ensure the proper expression of Christian stewardshp in daily living through the giving of time, talents, and treasures and the proper stewardship of all property of the congregation. The team includes two sub-groups:Responsive Giving & Spiritual Gifts and Property Management.
   
  Property Management's responsibilities include:
 
  • Maintenance of the church grounds, including lawn care, parking lot upkeep, and landscaping.
  • Supervision of all maintenance and janitorial personnel · Maintenance of the church property, including the HVAC equipment
  • Oversight, in coordination with the Administration & Finance Team, of the church’s property insurance coverage.
  • Oversight of the church’s utility usage.
  • Long range planning for property improvements
 

This group is also responsible for the selection, purchasing, and installation of equipment and furnishings for this congregation, including carpeting, sound system, lighting, office equipment and supplies, and furniture; organizing work days as needed.
