Children Can Be Worship Leaders Too!
Submitted by apridgen on Mon, 09/06/2010 - 19:57Young children are encouraged to be worship leaders by assisting their parents or other family members with ushering, greeting, and by serving as Basket Holders during Holy Communion. Basket Holders are children under age 10 who hold a basket to collect the small plastic individual cups during our 8:00AM and 10:30AM worship services. Our youngest members, even our two year olds, really enjoy helping in this way and we love seeing their smiles.
