Our Mission

Meet God. Practice Community. Serve Christ by Serving Others. Live Generously.

We are a people gathered beneath the cross of Christ, led by the Holy Spirit, and learning together what it means to follow Jesus.

Most of our lives are lived beyond the walls of the church, but when we gather for worship, the ceiling of our sanctuary reminds us of the keel of a great ship. The traditional name for the worship space—the nave—comes from the Latin word for ship.

It is a fitting image for us.

Jesus spent much of his ministry traveling with fishermen around the Sea of Galilee, proclaiming forgiveness, mercy, and love. We want that same good news to shape both what we say and how we live.
